Fiat Productions was born from a convergence of faith, artistry, and a shared calling. For Mike, Elizabeth, and Mary, founding this theater company was not just about putting on performances—it was a response to a deeper purpose, a collaboration destined to glorify God through the arts.​

Mike's journey began eight years ago when he formed STAAGE ministry at St. Anne in Gilbert, AZ. It was a moment where his entrepreneurial spirit met his joy for entertainment, as he saw the need for a safe, wholesome environment where people of all ages could use their God-given talents in performing and fine arts. For Mike, Fiat Productions is an extension of this mission—a place where creativity and community flourish, all to glorify God. His vision of life returning to the community hall is now realized on a larger scale with Fiat, where the arts not only entertain but serve a higher purpose.​

Mary, on the other hand, was driven by her desire to restore beauty, truth, and goodness to the world around her. She saw Fiat Productions as a way to make something beautiful for God—a platform where the realization of talents could bring authentic joy to both performers and audiences. Her passion lies in fostering a culture where joy flows from recognizing and sharing the gifts that God has given, allowing beauty to shine in a world that so desperately needs it.​

For Elizabeth, the path to Fiat Productions was a whisper in her heart that had echoed since high school. Her love for theater, music, dance, painting, and teaching always pointed her toward the arts, but the right time and team had not yet materialized. After years of working alongside Mike and Mary with her Musical Theater Summer Camp and through STAAGE Ministries, Mary realized that God had finally assembled the perfect group and moment for her to say “yes” to His call. Fiat Productions became the answer to her long-held dream, a fulfillment of the divine whisper she had carried with her for years.​

Together, Mike, Mary, and Elizabeth have created something extraordinary in Fiat Productions—a theater company that isn't just about performance but about faith, transformation, and the joy of bringing God’s beauty to life through the arts.
